Pole and Head Assembly:
The specification reference describes steel grades, so the pole material must be confirmed against the approved drawing. Define the head frame, bracket angles and equipment loads before manufacture. Wind area, foundation capacity and maintenance access are part of the complete mast design.
Choose LED floodlights using the required light levels, uniformity and glare limits. Request photometric data for the selected optics and confirm power supply, driver access and control arrangements separately from the steel mast.
Operation and Maintenance:
Plan how the floodlights will be accessed for inspection and servicing. Confirm whether the design uses a fixed head or a specified lowering arrangement. Coating life, electrical maintenance and energy consumption depend on the site, equipment and operating schedule; agree the required documentation and service terms with the order.
