The FL35-1200W is one option in the football floodlight range. Review its output, optics and aiming positions with the complete pole layout. Training fields, community pitches and competition venues have different lighting targets, so suitability must be assessed for the intended activity.
Selecting the Football Lighting Layout:
Required Illumination: Define the target light levels and playing area before choosing fixture quantity. Use the actual photometric file and allow for maintained performance over time.
Service-Life Conditions: Confirm LED-life rating conditions, driver warranty and ambient limits. Continuous operation and site conditions affect maintenance needs and component life.
Uniformity and Glare: Aiming, mounting height and optic selection determine coverage. Check uniformity, glare and light spill in the design rather than assuming they follow from lamp power.
Maintenance Access: Plan access to the floodlights and drivers for inspection and cleaning. Confirm fastener, seal and electrical checks in the maintenance instructions.
Controls and Aiming: Select compatible switching or dimming drivers for the required operating modes. Set the brackets to the approved aiming plan and verify the completed installation.
