Confirm housing size and battery charging limits before ordering.
• Integrated solar lighting for outdoor routes.
• Pole-mounted installation.
• Infrared sensing adjusts light output with activity.
• Lithium storage supplies the light after sunset; size it for local solar conditions.
• Solar operation reduces external supply cabling.
• Outdoor housing with sealed connections.
• 5–7-day backup: confirm sizing.
• Inspect seals and coating during maintenance.
• Alloy housing supports outdoor installation.

1. Panel Orientation
The adjustable panel helps align the collector with available sunlight. Check shading, latitude and the mounting position before setting its angle.
2. Solar Collection
The solar module charges the battery during daylight. Compare panel output with the night-time lighting load and seasonal solar resource; keep its glass clear of dirt and shade.
3. Mounting Adjustment
Set the mounting sleeve angle to suit the road and pole position. Confirm the bracket fit and fastening torque before installation.
4. LED Optics
Select optics for the road width, pole spacing and mounting height. Request a photometric file to check coverage and uniformity.
5. Battery Storage
Confirm battery capacity, chemistry and allowable charging temperature for the chosen unit. Actual autonomy depends on load and sunlight.
6. Motion Control
Infrared sensing can raise output when movement is detected and return to a dimmed setting afterward. Agree detection and timing settings for the site.

1. Internal Battery
Confirm access for battery servicing.
2. Service Opening
The lid provides component access.
Isolate power before opening; reseal after service.

Selection Notes
Lighting Requirements

Namkoo high-power street lights support outdoor road and access-route projects. Choose the luminaire by required light levels, mounting height and spacing, then check the solar configuration against seasonal sunshine.
The DC-IP-04 reference lists a 12.8 V supply and 50 W or 80 W solar panels. Panel wattage is not the LED input rating; request the full model sheet before comparing power and output.
1. LED Output and Colour
Compare delivered lumens, efficacy, colour temperature and colour rendering separately. Higher lumen output does not by itself improve colour rendering; the reference specifies a CRI of at least Ra70.

2. Roadway Light Distribution
Ask for a photometric file and a layout calculation for the proposed road. The optic should balance average illumination, uniformity and glare at the intended pole height and spacing.
3. Specification Checks
Request electrical and photometric results for the selected model, together with any certification required by the destination market. Check that model numbers on reports match the supplied light.
4. Mounting and Service
Verify the listed 76 mm pole entry and 6–8 m mounting range against the project drawing. The reference includes two housing dimensions; confirm the selected assembly size and maintenance access.
5. Outdoor Conditions

The reference lists IP66 ingress protection. Confirm the assembled product rating, coating, wind-load requirements and local temperature limits; an ingress rating does not establish suitability for every climate.
6. Solar Energy Balance
Size the panel and battery for the nightly load, dimming programme and low-sun season. Backup duration and savings depend on the selected components, installation and operating conditions.
Project Enquiry

Send Namkoo the road dimensions, pole layout, destination and required operating hours. We can review the requested configuration and identify the drawings, test records and options needed for your quotation.
Solar Street Lighting Options
Discuss the panel, battery, LED output and control settings as one system. Confirm warranty scope, documentation and delivery terms in the written quotation.

Q1: Can I request a sample?
A: Ask Namkoo for sample availability and a configuration matching your road-lighting project.
Q2: When can an order ship?
A: Confirm production and dispatch dates in your quotation.
Q3: What warranty applies?
A: Request written coverage for the lamp, battery, controller and panel.
Q4: Which system voltage should I use?
A: Match the LED, battery and controller ratings. The DC-IP-04 reference is 12.8 V; confirm the complete assembly.
Q5: Which shipping methods are available?
A: Request courier, air or sea options based on quantity and destination. Battery transport requirements and transit times vary.
Q6: How should I report a fault?
A: Send the model, order number, symptoms and photos so the service team can review the issue.

Selecting a higher power rating should follow the lighting layout, not replace it. Share the road width, pole height and spacing, together with the required lighting hours and site location. Namkoo can discuss model and control options for your project. Confirm the complete configuration, mounting details and agreed documentation before ordering.
