Namkoo High Bay Construction
1. The integrated housing uses a 1060 aluminium reference design to transfer heat from the LED assembly. Confirm the selected wattage, ambient-temperature limits and installation clearance so the thermal design suits the working environment.
2. The reference housing uses an electrophoretic finish and lists IP65 protection. Confirm the enclosure rating and coating for the selected model; suitability for dust, moisture or corrosive exposure requires a site review.
3. Lens options are listed at 60°, 110° and 120°. Choose the distribution from mounting height, aisle layout and required light levels, and request photometric data for the actual optic.

The reference lists 200 W input and 26,000–28,000 lumens. Confirm tested output for the selected colour temperature and optic. Assess replacement performance through a lighting calculation rather than assuming equivalence to a 600 W conventional lamp.
Efficacy and Life:
The stated output range corresponds to 130–140 lm/W at 200 W. Confirm the actual rated value and test conditions. The approximate 50,000-hour LED-life reference does not remove the need for cleaning, inspection or driver maintenance.
Housing and Mounting:
The aluminium housing supports heat dissipation from the LED assembly. Confirm driver ratings, ambient limits and clearance around the luminaire. Check that the hanging hook and supporting structure are suitable, and follow the model installation instructions.
Suitable Layouts:
Consider the high bay for workshops, warehouse aisles, loading areas, showrooms and other high-ceiling spaces. Specify optics and controls for each task area. Sports or exhibition use requires a separate assessment of light levels, uniformity and glare.
Lighting Layout:
Use the 200 W and 26,000–28,000-lumen references with a model-specific photometric file. Select the 60°, 110° or 120° optic for the mounting height and floor task. Verify maintained light levels and uniformity before deciding fixture count or replacing existing lamps.
Operating Costs:
Compare input power, operating hours and any dimming controls at equivalent task illumination. Include cleaning and driver servicing in maintenance planning. Request the LED-life rating conditions and warranty terms rather than treating 50,000 hours as a guarantee of service-free operation.
Environmental Fit:
Confirm the aluminium housing finish, IP rating and allowable ambient temperature for the workplace. Keep the cooling surfaces clear and follow the required mounting clearance. Dusty, wet or corrosive areas may require a different enclosure or additional assessment.
